Commented Issue: Adding an element using XmlFile AddElement does not add the namespaces [10421]

Adding an element using XmlFile AddElement does not add the namespaces, instead has an empty string added. I see that there was an issue "XmlFile AddElement does not work when xml document uses namespaces " (http://msbuildextensionpack.codeplex.com/workitem/9470) where it said fix was coming in soon for this issue. Can i please know if the fix is in and what is the location of the fix.

what version are you using? it should be fixed in the November release
